ERP, document management, CRM and invoicing, portals, distribution software: I take a topic from the first workshop with the client all the way to production, with the team.
Technical leadership
Main technical contact at TEAMWILL since 2022: needs analysis, target solutions, estimation, leading developers, code reviews and production releases.
Java / Spring Boot and PHP / Symfony
Java 17 and Spring Boot 3 on e‑Flo, Spring Boot and PHP on the Renault Retail Group network portal; Symfony from version 3 to 6, from an ERP designed from scratch in DDD to a complete document management system.
Microservices and messaging
Splitting only when the domain justifies it: API gateway, Kafka and RabbitMQ, transactional outbox, idempotency, multi-tenancy. 14 microservices designed and built single-handedly in my side project.
Azure and AWS cloud migration
More than 15 legacy applications migrated to Azure at Stellantis France, containerised with Docker and orchestrated by Kubernetes, with Terraform and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
AI in production
OCR and document analysis, chatbot, semantic search, extraction validated against JSON Schema: LangChain and the OpenAI API on e‑Flo, Anthropic, Mistral and Ollama behind a single interface, always under human validation.
Code quality
TDD, 80 to 85% test coverage, code reviews, technical documentation and acceptance test plans: production releases with no service interruption.

Stellantis France’s migration to Azure, in 2023: monthly cloud budget down 40% and 99.9% availability.
−60% response time
On e‑Flo, the distribution software suite of the GEMY and BODEMER groups, with built-in AI, real-time monitoring and automated alerting.
More than 500 points of sale
The Efficom portal of the Renault Retail Group network: more than 1,000 daily active users, coordinated releases with no interruption.
85% test coverage
On the ALD Automobile document management system, with technical debt cut by 30%; 80% on IT Concept’s ERP, where I trained three junior developers.

Working with France from Tunis
Tunisia is on UTC+1 all year round, with no daylight saving time: the same time as Paris in winter, one hour behind in summer. Morning stand-ups, workshops and evening releases fit easily into a French or European schedule.
